Les Trois Terres - Chardonnay
A Chardonnay full of freshness... to be discovered in its youth.
The property
In 1918, Alfred Oulevay, founder of the biscuit factory in his name, became the owner of the 28 ha large Valmont estate.
In the 1930s, his son Alfred Oulevay fils, supported by his childhood friend René Geissmann, modernized the estate and enlarged it by acquiring a 5.6 ha estate in the town of Vétroz in the Valais. The creation of "Les Trois Terres" was finalized in the 1960s, thanks to the acquisition of the third location: Le Domaine du Manoir, 16 ha in the Côtes-de-l'Orbe and 8 ha in the Bonvillars appellation.
The descendants of Alfred Oulevay and René Geissmann have decided to surround themselves with professionals: Laurent Bally and Jérémie Rossier. In order to extract the best from their terroirs.
