Sale, invoicing, means of payment
Prices are in Swiss francs, 7.7% VAT included.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices shown.
Payment by credit cards accepted by SumUp, or by invoice on IBAN CH71 0832 6000 1139 61 00 8. Merchandise is only dispatched once full payment has been received.
Payment at the store is possible in the event of removal by the customer. Merchandise is reserved for one week.
The means of payment are credit cards, TWINT and cash.

Sale to minors
The law prohibits the sale of spirits, aperitifs and alcopops to persons under the age of 18, as well as the sale of wine, beer and cider to persons under the age of 16. In order to comply with legal requirements in our online shop, the customer must indicate his date of birth. Purchases are only permitted from the age of 16.
Deliveries
Our prices are quoted ex MySommelier boutique. For home deliveries, transport costs are invoiced in addition. The prices indicated below are for delivery to a single address.
In partnership with the logistics companies La Poste and Vinolog, we offer you a fast, simple and comfortable delivery service to your home (valid throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein).
For standard delivery, delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering.
From an order of more than 400.- per destination address, standard delivery is free.
Orders are usually delivered by our logistics partners in 2 to 3 working days.
Despite careful inventory management, some items may sell out faster than expected. Therefore, we cannot offer a delivery guarantee. Delivery is only possible within the limits of available stocks.
Guarantee, in particular for corked wines, and liability
The warranty period for hidden defects (oxidized wine or that smells of cork) is two years from delivery. If the customer finds that a bottle of wine purchased is defective, this bottle will be replaced by MySommelier under the following conditions:
- The bottle and cork are brought by the customer to MySommelier within three days of opening it.
- The bottle is more than ¾ full.
- MySommelier can also notice the defect.
MySommelier replaces defective wines with a gift card equivalent in value to the corked wine.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law is applicable to these general terms and conditions.
The unique competent Court is Nyon. The French language prevails.
