Huile H de LEOS - Green
Patrick Bruel's olive oil
The unique vegetal freshness of its "green fruitiness"
The property
Patrick Bruel acquired the Domaine in 2007 located in L'Isles sur Sorgue. He very quickly became aware of the richness and quality of the terroir of these olive trees left to their own devices. For 10 years, the property is restructured to bring its letters of nobility to these olive trees.
In 2017, the beginning of a great adventure was born with the first olive oil from Domaine de Leos: L'Huile H!
Domaine Leos extends over a 37-hectare plateau on the heights of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the entrance to the Luberon, with a magnificent 360° view of the city, the Monts de Vaucluse and the Luberon. .
For more than 60 years, the estate has benefited from a preserved natural biotope, untouched by all chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The terroir is made up of a slightly sloping plateau, made up of slabs of rock covered with limestone, stony and shallow soil.
Acclaimed by the greatest French chefs (see testimonials from Alain Ducasse, Guy Savoy, Gilles Gougon...)
