La Roya - Dry Gin

The distillery

The La Roja distillery is a Vaudoise company created in 2015 by the association of two friends "Julien Hottinger and Antoine Delorme" who met to upset traditions. They really want quality and local products. Their philosophy: 100% organic, 100% Swiss and as local as possible.

Gin

Edition "DRY GIN"

This "London Dry Gin" has been handcrafted from organic oats grown in Ogens (VD). It has been distilled three times to bring a nice finesse.

Ingredients

Made from re-distilled industrial alcohol, carefully selected aromatic plants and 100% organic.

A crystalline color even unfiltered.

The nose

These citrus and spice notes give this gin a spirit of summer freshness.

The taste

Very frank and very dry, then the zesty side of the lemon and the juniper come to complete the palate.
