The distillery
the Draft Brothers began in 2015 with the association of two friends who met during their winemaking apprenticeship. Since the end of 2019, they have settled in the "Zeughaus" in Winterthur. It is a listed cultural building which has been meticulously renovated to accommodate entrepreneurs with sustainable ideas.

Ingredients
Strawberries picked in summer in the Winterthur region, spices and secret herbs picked by hand. This strawberry gin is only made in season, with no added colorings or flavorings.
