The distillery

OnlyGOODspirits is a Zurich company created in 2015. They produce Aarver gin and Green Velvet absinthe.

Gin

Special Edition "CASK"

This "CASK" edition is a gin aged in oak barrels after distillation. During bottling, a pine chip is added to intensify the taste of alpine forest and bring a more intense color.

Tasting

An intense gold color.

The nose

A beautiful aromatic intensity due to the shavings of "Scots Pine". It provides "alpine forest" and precious wood notes, hence its name "Cask".

The taste

Fine notes of juniper, citrus and calament will balance this pretty Gin.
