Fabrice Bertemès - Le Champ de 8 jours
Champagne Extra Brut - Grand cru - Blancs de noir - Vintage
The property
Four generations have succeeded in writing the history of this Champagne house. Since 1990, Fabrice Bertemès has perpetuated the family know-how based on respect for nature.
To guarantee the quality and traceability of these champagnes, he develops them from grapes exclusively from his own production (made and raised in his cellar). He is proud to be a manipulative harvester. In 2020, Fabrice Bertemès obtained the HVE High Environmental Value and VDC Sustainable Viticulture certifications in Champagne.
