Four generations have succeeded in writing the history of this Champagne house. Since 1990, Fabrice Bertemès has perpetuated the family know-how based on respect for nature.
To guarantee the quality and traceability of these champagnes, he develops them from grapes exclusively from his own production (made and raised in his cellar). He is proud to be a manipulative harvester. In 2020, Fabrice Bertemès obtained the HVE High Environmental Value and VDC Sustainable Viticulture certifications in Champagne.
The four hectares of vines cultivated by this family home are located in the small village of Trépail, in the heart of the Côte des Noirs. This vineyard planted almost entirely in Chardonnay is classified as a 1er Cru in this "Grande Montagne de Reims" and supplemented by a few plots of Pinot Noir.
