The property
Since 1923 and with four successive generations, Domaine Bouvet-Jabloir has perpetuated their know-how in the Neuchâtel town of Auvernier. Currently at the head of the family estate, two brothers: Alexandre the convinced oenologist, then joined by Dimitri from the Lausanne hotel school and passionate sommelier.
The vineyard
Vineyard
Partly from the vines of the place called "Le Champ du Four" in the upper part of the village of Auvernier. This vineyard is located at an altitude of 455 m in mainly moraine soils with a little sandstone, variegated marl and lacustrine limestone.
Grape varieties
Pinot Noir 100% - Neuchâtel AOC
Vinification and ageing
The Pinot Noir musts macerate with the grape skins for approximately 12 hours in stainless steel vats.
Tasting
The robe
A salmon pink color with limpid and brilliant reflections.
THe nose
A frank and straightforward bouquet with notes of red forest fruits.
The taste
A full, fruity attack with an elegant finish.
