Philippe Bovet - Léman Pourpre
Galotta from La Côte
The property
Descendant of a winemaker great-uncle, Philippe Bovet became independent in 2002, taking over the old family estate. Located in Givrins sur La Côte, between the edge of the lake in Nyon and the foot of the Jura. He cultivates 15 different grape varieties on 10 hectares of which all the vines were planted in the 80s. A self-taught winemaker, with the help of an ultra-modern cellar, he adopts the standards of integrated production, thus limiting yields to concentrate the taste of each grape.
